How Our Network Works

Who Picks Up the Phone
When you reach out through Sorocket Floor Coating, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That may be the business owner, a scheduler, or an estimator at the provider's office. They run their own business, set their own prices, and do the work themselves. Sorocket Floor Coating only makes the introduction.
Call hours vary by provider, so a quick check helps. Request a callback to see who is available for your area.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your project.
- What kind of floor do you have, and what shape is it in?
- About how big is the space?
- Is it a garage, basement, patio, or an indoor room?
- What days and hours work for your household?
- Do you have pets, kids, or a car that must be moved?
Photos can help. So can a short note about any cracks, stains, or moisture you have noticed.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You are allowed to ask plenty. Here are a few good starting points.
- Can I get the quote in writing, with what is and is not included?
- How will you prep the floor, and how long before I can walk or park on it?
- How will you handle moisture on a slab, especially after heavy rain?
- What does care look like once the floor is done?
- Do you offer custom floor finishes, or other flooring work like hardwood flooring installation?
- Are you licensed and insured, and can I see proof?
Typical costs in the U.S. vary a lot by size, condition, and product, so a written quote matters more than any rough number.
The Decision Is Yours
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. Take your time. Compare quotes if you like. Choose the provider whose plan, schedule, and tone feel right for your home.
